Typical hardware warranty terms

  • Standard coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
  • Coverage is typically tied to original installation date or date of shipment, subject to verified deployment records.
  • Warranty support normally excludes misuse, vandalism, improper installation, unapproved modifications, and damage caused by third-party power or network conditions.
  • Consumables, cosmetic wear, batteries, abuse-related failures, and unsupported field repairs are generally excluded.
  • Replacement hardware may be provided as repaired, refurbished, or functionally equivalent units at LOKSCO's discretion.
  • Labor, travel, lift costs, or third-party service charges are typically not included unless covered under a separate service agreement.

Final warranty eligibility depends on product family, purchase channel, installation quality, and whether the equipment was commissioned according to LOKSCO guidelines.
