• Network: VLANs, Wi‑Fi coverage in corridors/guest floors (deployment-dependent), and security policies.
• Pathways: door frames, hinge-side pathways, and controller/IDF locations.
• Life safety + egress: confirm local code requirements for locking hardware and fail-safe/fail-secure design.
